We accept cash only. No Cheques or Card payments.
To get the most out of your visit we recommend you arrive with your hair dried as near to natural as possible, as in not straightened or with treatment in, some styling product is fine though, this will allow your stylist to consider your natural texture. If you are having a colour process please arrive with clean hair without products in. This is not a prerequisite, just helpful where possible.
Whilst we do our best to be accommodating and endeavour to create a welcoming environment please take our limited space into consideration when bringing along friends and family.
Please do let us know if you need to cancel or rearrange, via text or call.
Arriving 15 minutes or more after your appointment may result in us not being able to serve you.
If you need to cancel/rearrange an appointment please allow as much notice as possible but at least 24 hours or 48 for colour. If you cancel with less notice than that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. Additionally future bookings may be refused or pre-payment required.
Please note that all colour bookings will require a £50 deposit - this will be deducted from your bill however if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice it is non-refundable nor redeemable against future bookings. All AM bookings on a Saturday require a £25 deposit- we will need minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/rearrange.
Whilst we do not follow the Curly Girl Method as such, many of our clients do so we do provide alternate product options, although if you adhere very strictly to CG then you are welcome to bring along your preferred products too.
Regarding wet/dry cuts- Please mention when booking if you prefer dry cut only- Its usually a considered case by case approach- Our stance on this often debated subject is to say that we fully appreciate the difference. We prefer to determine the most suitable way to achieve the best result giving full consideration to the condition and desired result. Be assured that we are all comfortable employing either method, typically we would always finish with a dry cutting visual shaping.
