We accept cash only. No Cheques or Card payments.


To get the most out of your visit we recommend you arrive with your hair dried as near to natural as possible, this will allow your stylist to consider your natural texture. If you are having a colour process please arrive with clean hair without products in.  This is not a prerequisite, just helpful where possible.


Whilst we do our best to be accommodating and endeavour to create a welcoming environment please take our limited space into consideration when bringing along friends and family.

Arriving 15 minutes or more after your appointment may result in us not being able to serve you. 


If you need to cancel an appointment please allow as much notice as possible but at least 24 hours. If you cancel with less notice than that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. Additionally future bookings may be refused or pre-payment required.

Please note that a cut and colour or double appointment on the weekend will require a £50 deposit - this will be deducted from your bill however if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice it is non-refundable nor redeemable against future bookings.
