Julia Sarr Jamois look isn’t complete without her set of full bodied locks

When it comes to street style eye candy, there are a slew of ladies who we can count on time and time again. This September’s fashion weeks have been no exception, between curly girls Elaine Welteroth to Elina Halimi there has been a healthy amount of bounce on the FROW. However our girl about town who really stood out this season was Julia Sarr-Jamois, fashion editor at large for I-D Magazine and Funky Offish co-creator.

Rocking muted, normcore like nobody else, Julia Sarr-Jamois has become a sartorial icon with her striking good looks, impeccable style and show stopping hair. Sarr- Jamois lets her hair do the speaking, sticking to a few key pieces like boyfriend jeans and sneakers. Though she isn't afraid of a neon skirt or a floral jacket, they are always grounded by classic items, so she never looks too over the top.

ICON: Ellen Von Unwerth

Top of our curlicon list is Ellen Von Unwerth. Her trademark ice white, springy ringlets have becomes as synonymous with her signature style as her noir erotica. We have a sneaky feeling her naturally curly locks are the reason why many of her images have been infused with big, bouncy ringlets and vintage waves.

We aren't surprised Ellen was a model for years before becoming a top fashion photographer & director, I mean... look at that style!

Ellen Von Unwerth's instagram is packed with style inspiration and 90's haircons!  We love her work, the mix of beautiful strong women looking sexy & erotic makes you want to look at the images over & over. Her sensitivity towards her models and their ferocious personalities keeps her images full of life and helps her to connect with the girls.

"I want to show a part of life, something about culture, about women I love, and I want to share it with the world. As a woman, I really want them to feel good about themselves, be emancipated, and above all not be afraid to have fun." Ellen Von Unwerth
